Please note: Once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been sent and will be able to follow this up with the transport service directly.

B Zen Crystals will not accept returns based on  crystal characteristics or on change of mind.

Crystals are a natural stone from mother nature. Each have their own unique characteristics, patterns, caves, fracture cracks or holes.

Please expect your crystal to have imperfections, they are perfectly imperfect pieces that are beauties of mother nature. Our crystals are all hand cut, shaped and polished. No two pieces will ever be the same.

All items purchased from B Zen Crystal are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being packaged and sent out to customers. We use bubble wrap and foam filling to ensure that your purchase arrives safely . However on the rare occasion that your purchase has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

For breakages and exchange requests please email info@bzencrystals.com with your order number and a photo of your purchase along with your query.

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of B Zen Crystals. All refunds will be made through the type of payment in which you made the original purchase.  Once we receive the returned item, we will begin the refund process within 7-10 business days.

Please note that B Zen Crystal may or may not reimburse returned shipping charges on refund or exchanges. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
